Customers & Loyalty

Know who comes back, who makes you money, and who is slipping away.

Outale builds the customer book from the till, runs points, stamps or tiers, and gives the owner clear lists of customers worth calling today.

Say this before the demo

This is not a campaign tool.

It does not message customers. There is no customer app. Its strength is telling you who deserves attention, and why.

What changed

Customers are no longer outside the system.

A customer book that fills itself

The cashier attaches a phone number at the till. If the customer exists, the sale joins their profile. If not, a profile starts there. No separate data-entry job.

Ranked by profit, not just spend

Because every sale carries cost, Outale can show the customers who actually make you money. The big spender and the best customer are not always the same person.

Regulars slipping away

Outale compares each person against their own rhythm. Someone who came every 12 days and went quiet for 67 is different from someone who visits once a year.

Segments that maintain themselves

At risk, most profitable, close to a reward, regulars, new, never returned, discount-only, archived. Combine two lists and you get the overlap.

Points, stamps, and tiers

Run points on spend, a buy-ten-get-one stamp card, spend tiers, or only the scheme you want. The settings page previews the cost before you launch it.

One balance across branches

The same customer and points balance can follow a person between shops in the same chain. Points earned at one branch do not vanish at another.

The boundary

Clear from the start.

No SMS, email, WhatsApp, or automatic campaigns. It tells you who to call; someone still has to call.

No customer app, portal, card, or points balance on the receipt.

Loyalty needs the customer attached at the till. A sale without one earns nothing and cannot be fixed later.

Gyms use the members module instead. Customers & Loyalty is for shops and restaurants.
