Yes for eligible shops. Customers and loyalty start on Growth, with points, stamps, tiers, and customer lists. Intale, the assistant, is switched on per shop with its own spending cap. It drafts and explains; it does not message customers or act on its own.

No. Outale POS works on any device with a browser — tablets, laptops, or phones. You can optionally connect receipt printers and barcode scanners, but they're not required to get started.

Yes! Outale POS is fully bilingual with complete Arabic and English support. Menus, receipts, reports, and the entire interface can be used in either language.

Our Starter plan starts at 250 QAR/month and includes one store, one terminal, up to 5 staff, inventory, shift management, and sales reports. The Growth plan at 350 QAR/month adds multi-store support, KDS, advanced inventory, and supplier management. The Pro plan at 450 QAR/month covers up to 10 stores with unlimited terminals and staff.
