What is Outale POS?
Outale POS is a cloud-based system for restaurants, cafes, and retail shops. It handles the till, inventory, staff access, kitchen orders, purchasing, cash reports, customers, loyalty, and the daily numbers an owner needs to see.
Does it include customers, loyalty, and AI?
Yes for eligible shops. Customers and loyalty include points, stamps, tiers, and customer lists. Intale, the assistant, is switched on per shop with its own spending cap. It drafts and explains; it does not message customers or act on its own.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Outale POS works on any device with a browser — tablets, laptops, or phones. You can optionally connect receipt printers and barcode scanners, but they're not required to get started.
Is Outale POS available in Arabic?
Partly. Receipts and kitchen tickets print Arabic and English labels, this website is in both languages, and the owner dashboard has an Arabic option. The cashier register itself is in English.
How much does Outale POS cost?
Plans depend on your business. Restaurants choose Counter, Kitchen, or Hospitality; shops choose Shop, Boutique, or Network. Prices are monthly in Qatari Riyals, with extra branches and terminals added on top, and the full price and feature table is on the Restaurant and Retail pages. Your first branch is free for a month.
Can I manage multiple stores?
Yes. The Kitchen and Hospitality plans for restaurants, and the Boutique and Network plans for shops, include an HQ dashboard across all your branches. See sales, inventory, and staff across all your locations in one place.
