Questions in plain language
Ask about stock, ingredients, recipes, suppliers, sales, expenses, shifts, or cash. The answer comes back as a small table, a chart, or a short explanation.
The system calculates. AI explains.
Sales, stock, cost and cash figures come from Outale’s own calculations. The model cannot invent a number from the database because it never gets to calculate alone.
Drafts, not actions
It can draft a purchase order, supplier, product, or option group into a filled card. Nothing exists until a person with permission presses Create.
Ingredient forensics
Trace usage through recipes and find option choices that sell without deducting stock. That is often where the mysterious stock gap is hiding.
Money questions stay gated
Revenue, profit and expenses answer only for money roles. The decision is made on the server for every message, not by hiding a button.
The boundary
Do not sell it as something that acts alone.
Not included in any plan. It is granted per shop by an admin, with a monthly spending cap.
No alerts, push notifications, scheduled runs, or digest. If nobody opens the panel, nobody hears from it.
It cannot write records. It drafts; a person creates.
It answers a fixed set of business questions. It is not a general chatbot for everything.
