Adding Your First Employee
Create employee profiles with PINs and assign the right roles.

Go to Dashboard → Employees

Click 'Add Employee' button

Fill in Name (required)

Choose Role: Owner, Manager, Accountant, Cashier, Kitchen Staff

Set 4-digit PIN (required for POS login)

Add email (optional, but required for Manager/Accountant dashboard access)

Click 'Save' - Employee can now login to POS with their PIN
