Is it really free?
Yes. The menu, QR codes, table cards and WhatsApp orders are free. The menu shows “Menu by Outale” at the bottom.
Do my customers need an app?
No. They point their phone camera at the code and the menu opens in the browser.
What happens when I change a price?
It changes on the menu straight away. The QR code stays the same, so nothing needs reprinting.
How do WhatsApp orders work?
The customer adds items, taps “Order on WhatsApp”, and WhatsApp opens with the order and total written out to your number. You reply as you do today.
Can I add a till later?
Yes. Outale POS uses the same items, prices and photos, so turning it on takes a minute.
