Do I need special hardware?+
No. Outale POS works on any device with a browser — tablets, laptops, or phones. You can optionally connect receipt printers and barcode scanners, but they're not required to get started.
Is Outale POS available in Arabic?+
Yes! Outale POS is fully bilingual with complete Arabic and English support. Menus, receipts, reports, and the entire interface can be used in either language.
How much does Outale POS cost?+
Our Starter plan starts at 250 QAR/month and includes one store, one terminal, up to 5 staff, inventory, shift management, and sales reports. The Growth plan at 350 QAR/month adds multi-store support, KDS, advanced inventory, and supplier management. The Pro plan at 450 QAR/month covers up to 10 stores with unlimited terminals and staff.
