Cannot Login to POS
Troubleshoot POS login issues with PIN or employee setup.

Check 1: PIN is exactly 4 digits?

Check 2: Employee profile exists in Dashboard → Employees?

Check 3: Terminal activated? Go to activation page first

Check 4: Session expired? Refresh the page (F5)

Check 5: Internet connection working?

Forgot PIN? Manager can reset from Dashboard → Employees → Edit Employee

Try different employee to test if issue is PIN-specific
