Product Not Found in Search
Troubleshoot why a product isn't appearing in POS search or grid.

Check 1: Spelling correct? Try partial name search

Check 2: Use category filter instead of search

Check 3: Product exists in Dashboard → Inventory?

Check 4: Product type is 'Product' not 'Ingredient'?

Check 5: Search requires minimum 2 characters

Check 6: Refresh POS page (F5) to load latest products

Check 7: Try 'All' category to see everything

Check 8: Use barcode scanner if product has barcode (retail)

Tip: Search matches beginning of name only (e.g., search 'Coca' not 'Cola')
