Shift Won't Close
Resolve issues preventing shift closure and use force close if needed.

Check 1: Any active orders (Pending, Held, Parked)? Complete or void them first

Check 2: Internet connection stable?

Check 3: Refresh the POS page (F5)

Force Close Option (Manager/Owner only):

Go to Dashboard → Reports → Shifts

Find the open shift and click 'Force Close'

Note: Force close sets final count to 0 and creates full discrepancy

Enable auto-close in settings to prevent future stuck shifts
