Receipt Not Printing

Fix printer connection and configuration issues.

Check 1: Printer powered on and has paper loaded?

Check 2: For USB printer - cable connected? Browser permissions granted?

Check 3: For network printer - correct IP and port in settings?

Check 4: Test print from Dashboard → Stores → Settings works?

Check 5: Browser blocking popups? Check address bar for blocked popup icon

Check 6: Ping printer IP to verify network connection: ping [printer-ip]

Check 7: Auto-print enabled in settings?
